Wow, where do I even begin? Emceeing Be Sage at the jaw-droppingly beautiful Fairmont Mayakoba was truly something special. Every detail—from the illuminating educational content to the intentional design, activities, menus, and collaborations—was just…chef’s kiss! 🤌 It is a reason why it is my trifecta of conferences that all wedding pros must attend.

And the speakers? Phenomenal doesn’t even cover it! We dove deep into digital vetting, the power of choice in adversity, creating killer SOPs, buying and selling businesses, those 7 crucial numbers for your bottom line, mind-blowing sales techniques, and what life looks like after the event industry. It was the perfect mix of hustle, relaxation, education, and collaboration.
