Let's Talk About Working Together

If you're ready to stop guessing and start building a business that actually works — on purpose — a Fix My Hustle call is where we start. This is a focused conversation for wedding pros who are serious about one-on-one coaching. If that's you, let's talk.

Four free tools

One for each pillar of a profitable wedding business. Start here.

I raised my prices two and a half times over, knowing full well it would cost me the clients I had.

And it did. Because a lot of them were hiring me for one reason: I was cheap. What I learned on the other side of that decision is that a price that’s too low doesn’t just shrink your profit. It makes the clients you really want wonder if you can deliver.

Couples are booking right now, and whatever you quote this season, you’ll be living with all through 2027. So let’s make it a number you chose on purpose.

That’s exactly why I built Sterling, your Finance Director at Wedding Pro HQ. Bring him your numbers, rough ones are fine, and by the end of your first conversation you’ll know what’s really coming in, what’s really staying, and the one move that matters this week.

His founding price is $97 through Friday. Saturday, he’s $127. Link in bio.

Welcome to Terrica Moments, the lines from my talks that wedding pros still quote back to me at conferences, in my DMs, and occasionally in the bathroom line.

Episode 1 comes from my talk at @wipaphoenix where we got real about time, money, and the price of being you. If one of these hit a little too close to home, good. That was the point.

Planning your 2027 education lineup? I’m booking now. Send me a DM and let’s talk about your stage.

Somewhere along the way, a lot of us learned to make ourselves easier to afford.

We discount before anyone asks. We add the extra hour so nobody’s disappointed. We say “I’m flexible” when what we really mean is “please pick me.”

Baby, you don’t have to audition for people who should be grateful to have you.

Your experience cost you something. The late nights, the weddings that went sideways and still ended beautifully, the years of figuring out what nobody taught you. That has value, and you’re allowed to price it like it does.

The right clients won’t flinch. And the ones who do were never yours to keep.

This week, decide your number. Then say it like you mean it.

Save this for the day you need the reminder.

Four months left in the year. Most wedding pros will spend September catching their breath and looking up in December wondering where the time went.

Three things worth doing before October, in this order.

Run your actual numbers. Not what you think you made. What landed in the account. You cannot plan a fourth quarter against a guess, and most people are off by more than they want to admit.

Follow up on every proposal that went quiet between May and August. Every one. Some of those people booked someone else and some of them just got busy and felt awkward about the silence. You will never know which is which until you send the message. (and NO "Just checking in"!)

Decide what you are raising in January and put it in writing now. Not in December when you are exhausted and negotiating with yourself. Now, while you still remember exactly what this season cost you.

None of that takes a week. All of it changes how the year ends.

Save this and come back to it Tuesday.

Every wedding pro has a graveyard of subscriptions.

You bought them during a slow season because you were hoping one of them would hand you a process. They will not. Software runs a process. It does not build one for you, and dropping a mess into a nicer platform just gives you a more expensive mess.

Figure out how you actually work first. Then go shopping.

Somewhere along the way, women in business got handed a very short menu. Be serious or be fun. Be pretty or be smart. Be the one who works or the one who rests. Pick a lane and stay in it.

I have never once picked a lane. I am the strategist and the woman taking a selfie in an elevator. I am the one telling you the hard truth and the one laughing so hard she has to hold on to something. Twenty-one years in this industry and every version of me is still on payroll.

You are allowed to be all of it.

Tag a woman who refuses to pick a lane.
