Yes, with one condition. Claude now connects to Microsoft 365 including Outlook and Microsoft Calendar on all plans including the free plan. Go to Settings then Connectors in your Claude account, find Microsoft 365, and click Connect. This works with business or organizational Microsoft 365 accounts. Personal Outlook accounts ending in @outlook.com or @hotmail.com are not supported. If you use a personal Outlook account, Vivienne works beautifully in manual mode — she asks you a few quick questions each morning and builds your briefing from your answers.

Vivienne works with Gmail and Google Calendar, which most planners already use daily. She does not require a CRM integration and works alongside whatever system you use.
