Go to Settings then Connectors in your Claude account, find Microsoft 365, and click Connect. This works with business or organizational Microsoft 365 accounts. Personal Outlook accounts ending in @outlook.com or @hotmail.com are not supported. If you use a personal Outlook account, Vivienne works beautifully in manual mode — she asks you a few quick questions each morning and builds your briefing from your answers.

Vivienne works with Gmail and Google Calendar, which most planners already use daily. She does not require a CRM integration and works alongside whatever system you use.
